The stars laughed at their
foolishness. One little ship carried a handful of lives that lived and
died in the blink of an eye. A few had learned their lesson and now celebrated
life, but two had not and spent their time worrying about realities that
were transient and illusory. Would they ever learn that mere existance
is a gift to be lived and enjoyed for its own sake? The stars smiled and
hoped these two soon learned that love and life were the only true gifts
from the universe. Their time was short, especially as the stars count
time.
